History

quattro research was founded 2004 by Dr. Bernhard Schirm and Dr. Markus Weisser, both with long term experience in software development for life-science companies. They started their first ELN project 1999 which is still in use (quattro/LJ). Since 2000 an additional focus was drawn to inventory and compound logistics solutions which led to the development of quattro/CM. 

Today, the team of quattro research consist of chemists, biologists and computer scientists.We have a passion for quality and high level software development and we are proud of our long-time relationship to our customers.

quattro research is located in Martinsried, near Munich (Germany). Close-by are the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry, the Faculty of Biology of the LMU Munich and numerous BioTech companies of the business enterprise company IZB mbH.
