Dr. Bernhard Schirm, Managing Director

quattro research GmbH was founded in 2004 by Dr. Bernhard Schirm and Dr. Markus Weisser, both with long term experience in software development for life science companies. They started their first ELN project in 1999: quattro/LJ. Today, the quattro research team consists of biologists, chemists, bio-informaticians und computer scientists. We have a passion for quality and high level software development and we are proud of our long-standing relationship to our customers. The company is located in Martinsried near Munich (Germany). Close-by are the Max Planck Institutes of Biochemistry and Neurobiology, the Faculty of Biology of the LMU Munich and numerous BioTech companies. In 2016, we opened a new branch office in San Francisco to serve our American customers on site.
